OUR
HISTORY
The Institute was born from a journey of professional reinvention that transformed into a collective purpose. Its origin is directly linked to the experience of its founder, Eduardo G. Neto, a Software Architect.
For years, his work was focused on a family-owned industry, until mid-2015. Faced with the economic crisis that profoundly impacted our country, with approximately 400 employees, all operations were shut down. The scenario demanded a strategic change of direction. After an intense period of training, with more than 16 technical certifications, his transition to the technology sector began, where he built a solid career, participating in high-impact projects and working in large companies.

This experience highlighted a structural contrast: while the technology market faces a shortage of skilled labor, millions of people remain on the margins of opportunities due to a lack of access to information and career guidance. We believe that the difference between individuals in situations of social vulnerability and highly qualified professionals lies not in talent, but in the level of access and guidance they received throughout their careers.
It was against this backdrop that, in 2018, an innovative educational model was developed, structured in training cells, with a high capacity for replication, efficient governance, and a focus on technical and human excellence.
Thus our Institute was born: a strategic bridge between marginalized talent and a sector that demands skilled professionals.
